Ingredients/Components

  • eggs, lightly beaten - 4 item
  • Dash pepper - 1 item
  • cup finely chopped onion - 1/2 item
  • teaspoon salt - 1/2 item
  • cup Bisquick - 1 item
  • cup cooking oil - 1/2 item
  • cup grated zucchini - 3 item
  • cup grated parmesan cheese - 1/2 item
  • tablespoons snipped parsley - 2 item
  • teaspoon marjoram or oregano - 1/2 item

How to make zucchini appetizers:

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Spread into greased 9 X 13 baking pan. Bake at 350 until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Cut into 1 X 2 pieces.

Note: This freezes well before baking and may be prepared several days ahead of time.
