Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- grated carrot - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm dressing - 1/2 pkg
- unseasoned bread crumbs
- squash, chopped and cooked - 2 lb
How to make squash casserole:
Mix all ingredients except enough buttered crumbs to sprinkle on top. Pour into large baking dish and cook about 35 minutes in 350° oven. Top with buttered crumbs and cook a little longer.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
