Ingredients/Components
- frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained - 2 pkg
- eggs, beaten well - 3 item
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- butter, melted - 1/4 c
- Velveeta - 1/4 lb
- mild Cheddar, grated - 1/4 lb
- small curd cottage cheese or Ricotta cheese - 1 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make spinach souffle:
Mix spinach, eggs and butter. Fold in flour and cheeses. Mix well and place in buttered baking dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Low calorie, Side dish, Vegetables.
