Ingredients/Components

  • frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained - 2 pkg
  • eggs, beaten well - 3 item
  • flour - 4 Tbsp
  • butter, melted - 1/4 c
  • Velveeta - 1/4 lb
  • mild Cheddar, grated - 1/4 lb
  • small curd cottage cheese or Ricotta cheese - 1 lb
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item

How to make spinach souffle:

Mix spinach, eggs and butter. Fold in flour and cheeses. Mix well and place in buttered baking dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
