Spinach souffle
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- frozen chopped spinach - 1 pkg
- cheese, grated your choice - 2 c
How to make spinach souffle:
Cook spinach briefly and drain. Mix egg and milk. Add spinach and cheese. Mix, adding salt and pepper. Pour into baking dish. Bake for 1 hour at 350°. Top with additional cheese. Broccoli may be substituted for spinach.Recipe categories: Low calorie, Side dish, Vegetables.
