Spinach casserole



  • pkg - 2 oz
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • sage - 3/4 tsp
  • coarse fresh bread crumbs - 1 c

How to make spinach casserole:

Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain thoroughly. Mix with cream, 1/4 cup butter, salt and pepper. Turn into buttered casserole. Mix bread crumbs with remaining butter and sage. Sprinkle over spinach. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
