Spinach casserole
Ingredients/Components
- nutmeg - 1/8 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- slices buttered bread - 8 item
- shredded cheese sharp - 2 c
- frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained - 1 item
- water pour into soup - 1 c
- eggs, beaten very well - 4 item
How to make spinach casserole:
Cut bread slices (5) into cubes into buttered dish. Put 1/2 spinach over bread, then 1 cup cheese. Repeat this again with remaining ingredients. Pour beaten eggs into soup. Stir well. Pour onto casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and refrigerate overnight for 4 hours. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
