- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- small chopped onion - 1 item
- container sour cream - 1 (8
- medium potatoes, cooked - 7 item
- herb seasoning mix
How to make cheesy potato casserole:
Cook potatoes and cool; combine onion, butter, pepper, salt, soup and sour cream. Fold in potatoes and cheese. Mix butter and seasoning mix; put potato mixture in a baking dish. Top with seasoning mix. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Cheese, Casseroles.
