Beef stroganoff



  • flour - 1/3 c
  • dairy sour cream - 2 c
  • margarine - 1/4 c
  • garlic salt
  • catsup - 1/4 c
  • medium noodles - 8 10
  • instant minced onions - 1/3 c
  • can sliced mushrooms - 1 oz
  • beef tenderloin - 2 lb
  • cans condensed beef broth bouillon - 2 1/2

How to make beef stroganoff:

Cut meat in 3/4 inch slices. Melt 1/4 cup margarine in skillet then saute mushrooms for 5 minutes. Remove mushrooms. In same skillet brown meat. Reserve 2/3 cup broth, stir in remaining broth, onion, catsup and garlic salt. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Blend remaining broth with flour; stir into meat. Add mushrooms; heat to boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Stir in sour cream and heat through. Cook noodles as directed.
