Ingredients/Components
- savory - 1/2 tsp
- medium onion - 1 item
- mashed potatoes - 2 c
- wheat germ - 1 c
- soy flour - 1 c
- sweet marjoram - 1/2 tsp
- cooked lentils - 2 c
- vegie-sal to taste - 1 item
How to make lentil loaf:
Steam onion with the savory and marjoram. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake in a loaf pan at 350° for 1 hour. Cool a few minutes and turn out of pan onto serving platter. Garnish and serve.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beans, Lentil.
