Ingredients/Components

  • savory - 1/2 tsp
  • medium onion - 1 item
  • mashed potatoes - 2 c
  • wheat germ - 1 c
  • soy flour - 1 c
  • sweet marjoram - 1/2 tsp
  • cooked lentils - 2 c
  • vegie-sal to taste - 1 item

How to make lentil loaf:

Steam onion with the savory and marjoram. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake in a loaf pan at 350° for 1 hour. Cool a few minutes and turn out of pan onto serving platter. Garnish and serve.
