Cheeseburger rice

- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- ketchup - 1/2 c
- prepared mustard - 2 Tbsp
- 4 oz - 1 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- Minute original rice uncooked
How to make cheeseburger rice:
Brown meat and onion in a large skillet on medium-high heat; drain fat. Stir in water, ketchup, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Let stand 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
