Ingredients/Components
- cup chopped onion - 1/2 item
- small can green chilies - 1 item
- cup sour cream - 1 item
- can black olives - 1 item
- cup shredded cheese - 1 item
- cans cream chicken soup - 2 item
- tortillas flour - 12 item
- chicken breast diced and cubed - 3 item
How to make chicken enchiladas:
Mix the first 5 ingredients; spoon this mixture in the middle of the tortillas and roll up and save 1/2 mixture and spread over the top. Sprinkle with cheese and black olives. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes and serve with sour cream.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
