Chicken enchiladas



  • cup chopped onion - 1/2 item
  • small can green chilies - 1 item
  • cup sour cream - 1 item
  • can black olives - 1 item
  • cup shredded cheese - 1 item
  • cans cream chicken soup - 2 item
  • tortillas flour - 12 item
  • chicken breast diced and cubed - 3 item

How to make chicken enchiladas:

Mix the first 5 ingredients; spoon this mixture in the middle of the tortillas and roll up and save 1/2 mixture and spread over the top. Sprinkle with cheese and black olives. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes and serve with sour cream.
