Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water - 2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- hamburger - 1 lb
- tomato sauce - 1 c
- small can mushrooms - 1 item
- Accent - 1 tsp
- can red kidney beans, drained - 1 item
- can Spam or Spam lite, cut into 1 x 1 1/2-inch pieces - 1 item
How to make hamburger hot pot:
Brown hamburger into small pieces about the size of pecans, then combine all other ingredients in a 2 1/2-quart casserole. The noodles are put into the casserole just as they come from the bag. Toss to coat all ingredients. Cover and bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Remove cover from casserole, with a wide spoon, turn over the top of the casserole and continue baking 30 more minutes without a cover, stir occasionally.Recipe categories: Main dish, Stew, Crock pot.
