Ingredients/Components
- large can artichoke hearts - 1 item
- frozen chopped spinach - 2 pkg
- pkg - 1 oz
- stick margarine, softened - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- salt to taste - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1 item
How to make spinach casserole:
Cut artichokes in pieces and place in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Cook spinach just until tender (don't overcook). Drain well. While still hot, mix margarine and cream cheese with the spinach. Add salt to taste. Pour over the artichokes. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with margarine. Bake at 350° for 24 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
