Broccoli cheese casserole
Ingredients/Components
- small onion, diced - 1 item
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- cooked rice - 1 c
- chopped frozen broccoli, cooked and drained well - 2 pkg
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- Velveeta cheese or 1 small jar Cheez Whiz - 1 pkg
- paprika - 1 item
How to make broccoli cheese casserole:
Saut onion in butter and combine with cooked rice and broccoli. Heat soup and cheese in double boiler (so it won't burn). Mix all together in casserole and bake for about 20 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
