- can of cream of mushroom soup - 1 1/2
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- shredded cheddar cheese - 1 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- margarine 1/2 stick melted
How to make broccoli cheese casserole:
Topping:1/4 c. margarine (1/2 stick) melted1/2 of an 8 oz. pkg. herb stuffing Thaw and drain broccoli (don't cook). In a bowl, mix soup, mayo, cheese and onion. Add broccoli. Fold in beaten eggs. Pour in a 2 qt. glass casserole dish. Combine margarine and stuffing, sprinkle on broccoli mixture. Bake in a 350 oven for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
