Ingredients/Components
- lean ground beef - 1 lb
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- water
- pkg - 1 1/4
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- can whole kernel corn, undrained - 1 oz
- can diced tomatoes, undrained - 1 oz
- can green chiles, chopped - 1 1/2
How to make taco soup:
Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients, and simmer for 30 minutes. Pour in bowl and top with the following: Tortilla Chips, Shredded cheese, Salsa, Onions (optional), Shredded lettuce, Diced tomatoes, Sour cream (Can be frozen up to 3 months).Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Main dish, Ground beef.
