Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/4 c
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- poultry seasoning - 1/4 tsp
- pork chops - 4 item
- bread cubes - 3 c
How to make pork chops and stuffing:
Brown chops on both sides; place in shallow baking dish. Lightly mix together bread cubes, onions, butter, 1/4 cup water and poultry seasoning. Place a mound of stuffing on each chop. Blend soup and 1/3 cup water; pour over. Bake at 350° for 1 hourRecipe categories: Main dish, Pork chop, Pork.
