Pork chops and stuffing



  • water - 1/4 c
  • melted butter - 1/4 c
  • chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • poultry seasoning - 1/4 tsp
  • pork chops - 4 item
  • bread cubes - 3 c

How to make pork chops and stuffing:

Brown chops on both sides; place in shallow baking dish. Lightly mix together bread cubes, onions, butter, 1/4 cup water and poultry seasoning. Place a mound of stuffing on each chop. Blend soup and 1/3 cup water; pour over. Bake at 350° for 1 hour
