Ingredients/Components

  • country ham - 1 lb
  • pork tenderloin - 2 lb
  • stew beef - 2 lb
  • 5 lb - 1 bag
  • corn - 20 oz
  • baby lima beans - 20 oz
  • small bag baby carrots - 1 item
  • onions - 4 lg
  • potatoes, peeled, diced - 8 lg
  • crushed red pepper - 2 tsp
  • worcestershire sauce - 1 item
  • hot sauce - 1 item
  • butter - 1/2 lb
  • diced tomatoes - 4 qt
  • can tomato soup - 1 item
  • tomato paste - 1 (6
  • salt & pepper to taste - 1 item

How to make brunswick stew:

Boil all meat together in a large pot. Shred meat after it's cooked. Add back to meat broth. Add potatoes. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer all day. (The longer it cooks, the better it gets!) Stir.
