Ingredients/Components
- country ham - 1 lb
- pork tenderloin - 2 lb
- stew beef - 2 lb
- 5 lb - 1 bag
- corn - 20 oz
- baby lima beans - 20 oz
- small bag baby carrots - 1 item
- onions - 4 lg
- potatoes, peeled, diced - 8 lg
- crushed red pepper - 2 tsp
- worcestershire sauce - 1 item
- hot sauce - 1 item
- butter - 1/2 lb
- diced tomatoes - 4 qt
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- tomato paste - 1 (6
- salt & pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make brunswick stew:
Boil all meat together in a large pot. Shred meat after it's cooked. Add back to meat broth. Add potatoes. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer all day. (The longer it cooks, the better it gets!) Stir.Recipe categories: Main dish, Whole chicken, Stew.
