Spinach balls
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- seasoned crumbled bread stuffing - 2 c
- medium onion - 1 item
- margarine - 3/4 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- dash of garlic powder - 1 item
How to make spinach balls:
Cook spinach in microwave oven, then drain. Chop onion fine. Melt margarine. Mix all of the ingredients together. Let chill for 1 hour.Roll in 1-inch balls. Put on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°. Remove to serving platter. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Serve warm. Makes 5 dozen.
