Chili con queso
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- 5 oz - 1 lb
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- chili powder - 1/4 c
- bay leaf - 1/2 item
- oregano
- tomato paste - 1/4 c
- lean ground beef - 2 lb
- cayenne - 1 tsp
- small green pepper - 1 item
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- thyme - 1 tsp
- cumin - 1 tsp
- Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- diced small onion - 1 item
How to make chili con queso:
Brown beef; drain and add to pot. Saute onion and green pepper. Add crushed tomatoes and all spices to pot. Add tomato paste. Simmer for 1/2 hour. Add kidney beans; heat thoroughly.
