Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- butter, melted - 3/4 c
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 1/2 c
- large chopped onion - 1 item
- garlic to taste - 1 item
- stuffing mix - 2 c
How to make spinach balls:
Thaw and drain the spinach. Mix with other ingredients in order listed. Chill for 1 hour. Roll into 1-inch balls. Place on cookie sheet and freeze. Store in plastic bag after they are frozen.
