Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- pecans
How to make spiced pecans:
Cook over medium heat to 232° or thread stage. Add pecans, stirring until cooled and mixture is creamy. Pour onto greased platter or waxed paper. Separate nuts while cooling.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Appetizers.
