  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • water - 1/2 c
  • pecans

How to make spiced pecans:

Cook over medium heat to 232° or thread stage. Add pecans, stirring until cooled and mixture is creamy. Pour onto greased platter or waxed paper. Separate nuts while cooling.
