Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- grated sharp cheese - 1 c
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing - 2 c
- 1/2 sticks oleo - 1 item
- Romano cheese - 1/2 c
- boxes frozen chopped spinach - 2 item
How to make spinach balls:
Cream oleo; add Romano cheese, onion, sharp cheese and stuffing. Mix well. Add eggs. Squeeze spinach dry and chop some more. Mix the spinach and oleo mixture together. Roll into 1-inch balls.
