- eggs - 4 item
- cottage cheese - 10 oz
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- sugar optional - 1 tsp
- boxes Jiffy cornbread mix - 2 item
- 1/2 sticks oleo - 1 item
- chopped broccoli, thawed - 10 oz
How to make cornbread casserole:
Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl; add melted oleo. Mix together. Return mixture to buttered pan. Bake at 350° for 40 to 60 minutes. Freezes well.Recipe categories: Cheese, Main dish, Black beans.
