Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- margarine, melted - 3/4 c
- frozen spinach - 2 pkg
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing
How to make spinach balls:
Thaw and drain spinach very well. Mix all ingredients and make into small balls. Use a tablespoon to make balls. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 15 to 18 minutes. Can be frozen and reheated.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Cheese.
