Ingredients/Components
- boxes frozen spinach, cooked, chopped and well drained - 2 item
- seasoned stuffing mix - 2 c
- Parmesan cheese - 3/4 c
- eggs, beaten - 6 item
- melted margarine - 3/4 c
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
- chopped parsley - 1/2 c
- large chopped onions - 2 item
- garlic powder - 3/4 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
How to make spinach balls:
Mix well; form into small balls. Place on cookie sheet; freeze. After frozen, place in plastic bags in freezer until needed. Bake frozen in preheated oven at 375° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Cheese.
