Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/3 c
- melted margarine - 1/4 c
- oil - 1 item
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- fine bread crumbs - 1/3 c
- minced parsley - 1 Tbsp
- thyme - 1/8 tsp
- Marsala wine or dry sherry - 1/3 c

How to make baked chicken parmesan:
In a paper bag, place dry ingredients (garlic powder, paprika, thyme, Parmesan cheese, parsley and bread crumbs). Coat chicken by shaking a few pieces at a time in the bag. Oil a shallow roasting pan. Pour in water and put in chicken pieces bone side down. Sprinkle chicken with oil and melted margarine. Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Pour wine over chicken. Lower oven to 325°. Cover pan with foil. Bake 15 minutes more. Remove foil; raise oven to 350°. Bake another 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
