Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- garlic powder - 1/3 tsp
- diced onion - 1 item
- catsup
- mustard - 1/2 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- hamburger - 1 lb
- barbecue sauce
- a little milk - 1 item
- crackers can use part bread crumbs - 14 item
- jelly grape or any - 1/2 c
How to make spicy meatballs:
Sauce:1 c. catsup1 1/2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce1/2 c. jelly (grape or any)1/3 tsp. garlic powder Combine first 7 ingredients and shape into small meatballs; brown lightly. Drain. Combine catsup, barbecue sauce, jelly and garlic powder. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 350°.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Low cholesterol, Main dish.
