Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2/3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 1/8 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- catsup - 1/2 c
- mustard - 1 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- grated onion - 2 Tbsp
- barbecue sauce - 1/4 c
- dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- small green pepper, cut fine - 1 item
- Turn into about 1-inch balls
How to make swedish meatballs:
Combine all together. Turn into about 1-inch balls. Brown in hot oil. After meatballs are cooked, drain off oil and add into sauce. Ready to serve over rice.Sauce:2 Tbsp. butter3 Tbsp. brown sugar1 tsp. mustard1 tsp.
