  • milk - 2/3 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
  • nutmeg - 1/8 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • catsup - 1/2 c
  • mustard - 1 tsp
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • grated onion - 2 Tbsp
  • barbecue sauce - 1/4 c
  • dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • small green pepper, cut fine - 1 item
  • Turn into about 1-inch balls

How to make swedish meatballs:

Combine all together. Turn into about 1-inch balls. Brown in hot oil. After meatballs are cooked, drain off oil and add into sauce. Ready to serve over rice.Sauce:2 Tbsp. butter3 Tbsp. brown sugar1 tsp. mustard1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce1 small green pepper, cut fine1/2 c. catsup1/4 c. barbecue sauce1 tsp. salt Bring to boil in large pan and simmer 12 minutes.
