Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 1 c
  • brown sugar - 3/4 c
  • vinegar - 1/2 c
  • dash of garlic powder - 1 item
  • catsup
  • mustard - 1/4 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • medium onion - 1 item
  • hamburger - 2 lb
  • cracker crumbs - 1 c

How to make barbecue meatballs:

Sauce:1 1/2 c. catsup1/4 c. mustard3/4 c. brown sugar1/2 c. vinegar Mix all meatball ingredients together. Form into balls and place in a 13 x 9-inch pan.

Mix all sauce ingredients together. Pour over meatballs. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour. If extra sauce is desired, double recipe.
