Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- dash of garlic powder - 1 item
- catsup
- mustard - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- hamburger - 2 lb
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
How to make barbecue meatballs:
Sauce:1 1/2 c. catsup1/4 c. mustard3/4 c. brown sugar1/2 c. vinegar Mix all meatball ingredients together. Form into balls and place in a 13 x 9-inch pan.Mix all sauce ingredients together. Pour over meatballs. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour. If extra sauce is desired, double recipe.
