- sour cream - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1/3 c
- Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- diced cooked potatoes - 6 item
How to make cheese scalloped potatoes:
Heat on low, butter, cheese and soup until cheese is melted. Add sour cream, chopped onion and salt. Heat. Put potatoes in baking dish and add cheese mixture. Mix. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Side dish, Potato.
