Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- ground allspice - 1/2 tsp
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper - 1/2 tsp
- lean ground beef
- garlic clove - 1 item
- small onion - 1 item
- oil for frying - 1/2 tsp
How to make spicy meatballs:
Finely chop the onion; crush the garlic. Put with rest of ingredients except for the oil into a bowl and mix well together. Shape mixture into walnut-sized balls. Fry the meatballs in shallow oil for about 15 minutes, turning once. Arrange on a warmed serving plate and serve with rice, pasta or gravy.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Low cholesterol, Main dish.
