Spaghetti sauce
Ingredients/Components
- bay leaf - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- olive oil - 1 Tbsp
- cans tomato paste - 2 oz
- sugar to taste - 1 item
- large cloves garlic - 2 item
- large cans tomato sauce - 2 item
How to make spaghetti sauce:
Coat bottom of large pan with olive oil. Add chopped garlic and cook until soft. Add tomato paste with 1/2 can of water and simmer for a few minutes. Add spices and then add tomato sauce and simmer for several hours. Serve over cooked spaghetti.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Italian.
