  • butter - 1/4 lb
  • egg yolks - 3 item
  • lemon juice - 3 Tbsp

How to make easy hollandaise sauce:

Put all ingredients in top of double boiler. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Cook over boiling water until thickened (2 to 3 minutes). Serve at once. The secret is letting it set until it comes to room temperature.
