Spaghetti sauce
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- pepper
- parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
- oregano - 1 Tbsp
- basil - 1 Tbsp
- hamburger - 1 lb
- tomato paste - 1 pt
- tomatoes or puree - 1 qt
- powder - 2 cloves
How to make spaghetti sauce:
Put oil in pot. Cut garlic into small pieces and brown. Leave garlic in pot. Add puree and 2 cups water, then paste, basil, salt, oregano, pepper, parsley flakes and sugar. Bring sauce to a boil and turn down to simmer. Stir every 15 minutes. Brown hamburger. Add to sauce and simmer 3 hours. Serve over spaghetti.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Italian.
