Italian spaghetti sauce
Ingredients/Components
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- hamburger - 2 lb
- cloves garlic - 5 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- medium onions - 4 item
- small can mushrooms - 1 item
- red pepper - 1/8 tsp
- small can tomato paste - 1 item
- large can tomatoes - 1 item
How to make italian spaghetti sauce:
Fry, mash and drain hamburger. Grind onions and garlic cloves. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, red pepper and salt. Cook slowly for 3 hours. Last half hour, add 1 small can mushrooms (optional). Top with Parmesan cheese. Makes enough sauce for 1 1/2 pounds of spaghetti.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Sauces, Main dish.
