  • Parmesan cheese - 1 item
  • hamburger - 2 lb
  • cloves garlic - 5 item
  • salt to taste - 1 item
  • medium onions - 4 item
  • small can mushrooms - 1 item
  • red pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • small can tomato paste - 1 item
  • large can tomatoes - 1 item

How to make italian spaghetti sauce:

Fry, mash and drain hamburger. Grind onions and garlic cloves. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, red pepper and salt. Cook slowly for 3 hours. Last half hour, add 1 small can mushrooms (optional). Top with Parmesan cheese. Makes enough sauce for 1 1/2 pounds of spaghetti.
