Spaghetti sauce
Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 c
- bay leaf - 1 item
- clove garlic - 1 item
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- basil - 1/4 tsp
- cans tomato sauce - 4 oz
- hamburger - 2 lb
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- cans tomato paste - 2 oz
- green peppers - 2 item
- large onions - 4 item
- jars mushrooms if desired - 2 item
How to make spaghetti sauce:
Brown hamburger and drain grease. (Note: brown in the olive oil.) Chop onion, green peppers and mushrooms. Mix all ingredients and cook in a slow cooker for 6 to 8 hours.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Italian.
