Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1 c
- vegetable oil - 3 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- pepper - 2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- chili powder - 2 Tbsp
- Italian seasoning
- cans tomato paste - 2 oz
- stalk celery, chopped - 1 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- bay leaves - 2 item
- tomatoes
- sweet basil - 1 tsp
- cooking wine - 1 c
- carrot, shredded - 1 item
- imported oregano - 1 tsp
How to make spaghetti sauce:
Saut?© onions, carrots and celery in oil until soft. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, water, wine and seasonings. Let come to a soft boil and simmer 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Italian.
