Ingredients/Components
- onions, diced - 5 c
- cloves garlic, chopped - 7 item
- tomato juice from fresh tomatoes - 27 c
- water - 7 c
- bay leaves - 7 item
- sugar
- pepper - 5 tsp
- beef bouillon cubes - 13 item
- tomato paste - 54 oz
- basil - 7 tsp
- oregano - 5 tsp
- salt - 5 Tbsp
How to make spaghetti sauce:
Simmer all ingredients for 2 hours. Put in jars; seal. Process in hot water bath for 10 minutes. Makes 8 quarts and 4 pints.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Italian.
