Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- salt - 8 tsp
- garlic salt - 6 tsp
- onions, chopped - 5 item
- white vinegar - 1 c
- jalapeno peppers, chopped - 18 item
- ripe tomatoes - 5 qt
How to make picante sauce:
Combine all and cook slowly until tomatoes are done, 30 to 45 minutes. Makes 6 to 7 pints.Recipe categories: Sauces, Dips, Savory sauces.
