Ingredients/Components

  • water - 1 c
  • ground beef - 2 lb
  • carrots, grated - 4 item
  • dash of oregano - 1 item
  • cans tomato paste - 2 item
  • tomatoes - 1 qt
  • large onions - 2 item
  • stalks celery, cut small - 4 item

How to make spaghetti sauce:

Brown meat, onions, celery and carrots in oleo. In large pot put beef and vegetables with tomatoes, tomato paste and water. Add oregano and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer 1 hour or more.
