  • sugar - 3 Tbsp
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • water - 3/4 c
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • lemon juice - 1/3 c
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 3 Tbsp
  • chopped onion - 3/4 c
  • mustard - 2 Tbsp
  • ketchup - 3/4 c

How to make chicken barbecue sauce:

Cook onions in oil until soft. Add remaining ingredients; simmer 15 minutes. This is great for chicken cooked on the grill, basting often with the sauce.
