Country french chicken



  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
  • water - 2 c
  • dried dill weed - 1/2 tsp
  • Knorr vegetable soup and recipe mix - 1 pkg
  • skinless chicken breast
  • slice lemon - 1 item

How to make country french chicken:

In large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add chicken; saute 5 minutes. Stir in water, soup mix and lemon. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until chicken is tender. Remove chicken; discard lemon.

In small bowl, combine sour cream, cornstarch and dill weed. Add to skillet. Stirring constantly, bring to boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat; simmer 1 minute. Serve over chicken.
