Ingredients/Components
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- Parmesan cheese - 3 Tbsp
- bell peppers - 8 item
- ground beef - 2 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- basil - 1/4 tsp
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
- mushrooms - 1/2 lb
- celery salt - 1/2 tsp
- garlic - 1/2 tsp
- V-8 juice - 1/2 c
- chopped canned tomatoes
How to make stuffed bell peppers:
Blanch cleaned and deseeded bell peppers. Brown meat and drain well. Add all ingredients except cheeses. Cool. Add cheese and stuff peppers. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until done.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Rice, Peppers.
