Corned beef casserole



  • noodles, cooked - 8 oz
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • can sauerkraut with juice - 1 lb
  • can corned beef, shredded - 12 oz
  • mayonnaise - 3/4 c
  • diced onion - 1 Tbsp
  • catsup - 1 Tbsp
  • dill weed - 1/2 tsp
  • Swiss cheese, shredded - 2 c

How to make corned beef casserole:

Cook noodles and butter. Put in 9 x 13-inch pan. Layer sauerkraut, then corned beef; mix rest of ingredients together except cheese and layer over meat, then layer cheese. Bake in 350° oven, covered. Bake last 10 minutes uncovered. Should be 35 minutes total.
