Ingredients/Components
- noodles, cooked - 8 oz
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- can sauerkraut with juice - 1 lb
- can corned beef, shredded - 12 oz
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- diced onion - 1 Tbsp
- catsup - 1 Tbsp
- dill weed - 1/2 tsp
- Swiss cheese, shredded - 2 c
How to make corned beef casserole:
Cook noodles and butter. Put in 9 x 13-inch pan. Layer sauerkraut, then corned beef; mix rest of ingredients together except cheese and layer over meat, then layer cheese. Bake in 350° oven, covered.
