- Parmesan cheese - 1 c

How to make spinach balls:
Cook spinach according to directions. Squeeze out water thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Make into balls. Place on a cookie sheet and freeze. When frozen place in plastic bags. To serve, place on a cookie sheet and bake at 300Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Cheese.
