Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- melted butter - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- soft bread crumbs - 2 c
- salt optional - 1/2 tsp
- can salmon, drained and flaked - 1 lb
- slightly beaten egg - 1 item
How to make salmon loaf:
Combine salmon, crumbs, onion, butter and salt. Combine milk and egg. Add to salmon mixture and mix thoroughly into a loaf on a greased shallow baking pan or in a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
