Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- diced onion - 1/2 c
- can mushrooms - 1 item
- cans French onion soup - 2 item
- long grain rice not Minute rice
How to make rice casserole:
Saute onion and mushrooms in margarine. Wash rice. Put rice and soup in 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Pour onion and mushrooms on top and stir. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
