Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- self-rising flour - 1 c
- chicken broth - 2 c
- margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- eggs, boiled - 2 item
- can cream of celery soup* - 1 item
- fryer, cooked, deboned and cut up - 3 lb
How to make southern chicken pie:
*May use mushroom soup instead of celery soup.Grease casserole and put chicken in bottom. Mix the soup and broth and pour over chicken. Add cut-up eggs on top. Mix the margarine, flour and milk. Pour over chicken and bake at 425° for 30 minutes.
