Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1 item
- rice - 1 c
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- cooked, cut-up chicken - 2 c
- cans water or broth from chicken - 2 item
- deboned chicken breasts, boiled - 4 item
How to make chicken and rice casserole:
Boil the chicken, then chip into small pieces. Place stick of butter in a 9 x 11-inch casserole dish and melt in oven.Mix the chicken, soup, water and rice in a bowl. Pour into butter in casserole dish. Bake in oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350°.
